Other Quilts

Sylvia has made over 50 custom quilts to date and has had experience and expertise in putting photos on fabric to make memory quilts, hand appliqué work and embroidery work. Several examples of her quilts are shown below. They are all different and if you are interested in a custom quilt, please send Sylvia an email with your ideas.

1) Wedding quilt - This quilt was made for Sylvia's son Mark and daughter-in-law Katy in 2005. The front consists of stars with a border of flying geese, and the back is composed of messages written at the wedding by the guests together with photographs of everyone present at the wedding.

2) Crazy Cats - This quilt was made for a friend of Sylvia's as she is a cat lover. The front consists of rows of crazy cats while the backing fabric has lots of crazy hats.

3) Mariners Compass - This bright quilt was made for a friend of Sylvia's with a serious addiction to sailing.

4) Baskets and Plates - This is a fresh quilt with shades of blues and creams.

5) B is for Bubbles - A lovely baby quilt with dolphins at play on the back.

6) My Little House - A pretty quilt with shades of caramels and creams.
